Today Elena and I went to the Water Conservation Garden Butterfly Festival. A little mom-daughter time, which we haven't had for a little while. (And I want the plant above, so pretty)
It rained on us and we saw some great flowers and tress but
we didn't get to see the butterflies in the pavilion. It was a small pavilion and tour spots were too late in the day for us.
We did have a great time together. We decorated a butterfly with gems.
Identified all four stages of the butterfly (Elena knew them all and could put them in order!)
Just goofing off in the car
