Elena's 6th birthday was a day full of love!
Special homemade banana-oatmeal-blueberry surprise muffin for a school snack, a birthday crown from her teacher, gifts, and lots of love. It was a great day! For dinner, Elena requested salmon, peas and rice....sounds vaguely similar to her birthday dinner request last year: pink fish and plain peas :) If this turns out to be an annual birthday dinner, I'll look forward to Elena's birthday dinner all year round!
