Carl and Elena have been snagging produce from the garden for a little while now but when this much was pulled, thought I'd just document the moment. We are enjoying our little garden. Produce straight from the garden is so yummy! The garden has grown a little every year since we've been here. Next year we hope to double the garden and install drip irrigation.
It's hard to believe 4 years ago we were handed keys to an old, tired, smokey house. A lot of work has gone on in the inside to transform this little gem. And now I hope to start working on landscaping this fall. I've been reading books, websites...the wheels are turning!
