Patriots' Place

Yesterday we flew from San Diego to Boston.  The flight was good--it had some turbulence, though not bad, but when we arrived in Boston we circled for at least a half hour.  For us it seemed forever because Elena was on the verge of a melt down at that time.  Elena has always been a great flyer and yesterday was no exception, we were in the plane for nearly 7-1/2 hours since we did not have a non-stop flight.  Elena has adapted to East coast time very well, surprisingly well.

Cousins (Henry and Maggie) at Patriots' Palace.  The stadium is surrounded by shops, a mall and a hospital.  Looks like great planning, just don't plan on shopping during a home game :)

Jason and Baby James (who is absolutely adorable) in front of the stadium.

Carl having fun at the Pro Shop next to the stadium.

After Patriots' Place, we zipped over to the Pro Bass Shop.  If you haven't been in one, you should go--absolutely amazing.  The place is completely decked out--huge fish tank, moose with a river and rock cliff, turtle area with pond and log.  There were animals on the wall, whale hanging from the ceiling and even a tug boat in there.  We went because Santa was making an appearance.  The store was a lot for Elena to take in, she still wasn't warmed up when we saw Santa which is evident based on her big eye blank look.
